Hypnosis and hypnotherapy has been used for many centuries, Ancient civilisations used hypnosis to analyse dreams, helping to understand and aleviate problems. Hypnotherapy has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, pain and much more

 

 

What To expect 

 

I offer a half hour free consultation where you can talk in confidence about any issues or conditions you wish to overcome with hypnotherapy. It is an opportunity for you to get to know me and about how hypnotherapy works and if it's right for you.

 

Your hypnotherapy session will take place in a quiet, relaxed and confidential environment where I use relaxing music and gently ease you into a hypnotic rest, the main thing you hear throughout will be my voice. Hypnotic rest is natural and un-intrusive, you will feel relaxed, calm and peaceful during your session. You'll be aware of my voice at all times and at no time will you feel out of control. As your session comes to an end, you will be slowly brought out of hypnotic rest feeling alert and refreshed.
