Having spent most of my working life in offices, I had the opportunity in 2007 to become a Support Officer, supporting colleagues through the Bullying and Harassment Policy within Cumbria County Council, voluntarily alongside my day job within the Highways Department. 

 

Through the Support Officer training my interest in helping others grew and my focus changed. I went on to study for and gain my diploma in Person Centred Counselling at Kendal College in 2010. 

 

My interest in Hypnotherapy began whilst I was studying for my Counselling diploma and I jumped at the opportunity to learn further when it arose 4 years later.

 

Having gained my diploma in Hypnotherapy in February 2014, I have been working regularly  with clients ever since through a variety of issues.  

 

Through working in Hypnotherapy my interests broadened and I had my first Degree Reiki attunement in September 2014, followed by my 2nd Degree in October 2014. I gained my Master Teacher certificate in May 2016 and run regular teaching courses for Reiki I, II & III. I love the deeper connection that I now feel through Reiki III with myself,  clients and with teaching.   

 

Chakra balancing is something that has developed through my Reiki practice and the two work very well together and separately. Having passed my Diploma in October 2015 I'm very much enjoying discovering more.  

 

I started out running a local meditation group in April 2015 in Kendal and after moving to Wales I formed a new group in Llangollen in 2018. I am currently looking for a new venue for group meditation but I also offer 1:1 sessions. 

 

Having moved to North Wales from Cumbria in August 2015 I'm very much loving where the adventure is taking me.
